Warranty and Returns

Though we never want anyone to be unhappy or dissatisfied with their purchases of products, we understand there might be situations out there that warrant a return.

In the event you receive our product and are not 100% satisfied with it, please contact us at sales@thermothink.com or through our contact form, to tell us a little more about what happened or offer feedback and reason for the return.

Sale items are final sales. Sorry, No exceptions.

A purchase means you have read through, and agreed to these terms. 

WARRANTY POLICY

Returned items for warranty must be pre-paid and insured. COD will be refused and fees incurred by the customer. Return shipping labels are not provided. Acutulus cannot be liable for lost in-bound packages. Charges will be assessed if product cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

We will continue to value customer feedback and serve our customers to the best of our abilities. Our goal at Acutulus will continue to be producing the most advanced outdoor gear while offering unmatched customer service.

ThermoThink™ LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY AND GUIDELINES

When you purchase a ThermoThink product, the heating elements, sensors and other jacket contents have a 90-day warranty from date of receipt. Electrical plugs, connectors, and any solder joints, as well as all materials and craftsmanship are covered by a 90-day warranty from date of receipt also. Batteries and chargers also have a 90-day warranty from date of receipt. Normal wear and tear, and or customer negligence is not covered under the ThermoThink warranty. All warranties are non-transferable and apply solely to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase must be provided if any warranty claim is to be honored. Shipping costs for all warranty claims are the responsibility of the customer. If/when the warranty claim is accepted by ThermoThink, we will refund your return shipping costs. Using other manufacturers’ accessories and controllers with your ThermoThink product or not using in accordance of the user guidelines may void the warranty. Special care should be taken to prolong the life of your battery. It is important that you charge your battery regularly and that you maintain at least 25% of your battery power when not in use or left idle. Batteries must only be used with products with an amp rating less than the maximum capacity output rating for the battery. ThermoThink will repair or replace any battery or charger found under normal use to be defective during the warranty period. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, abuse or improper care. Once a warranty request has been received and approved, you have 7 business days to send in your products for evaluation.

RETURNS POLICY

Requests for product returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Full refunds for any unused products will be offered ONLY if the item has not been used and is safely delivered along with the original undamaged packaging back to Acutulus headquarters, at the customer’s return shipping expense.

Returned packages must be securely packed in the original packaging if applicable, or in a manner that protects the item(s) from shifting around in the box while in transit. All returned items must fully operate with no damage or defects.

We are NOT responsible for items lost or broken in transit. We will review the situation for broken or lost packages on a case by case basis, and send out replacements or refunds, as may be requested, as necessary.
