What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We ship all domestic products via USPS ground.

Do You Offer Flat Rate Shipping?

Yes! We offer a low cost flat rate shipping on all orders shipped to the United States and US territories.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

All in-stock orders will ship within 1-2 business days. You can expect the package to arrive within 7-10 business days and will receive an email with the tracking #. If the order is on back-order we will ship when new products arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes but only on special request. Please use the contact form to send us an email to ThermoThink.sales@gmail.com and we will provide shipping quote based on your location.

Product Returns

If you provide an incorrect address for shipping and the product is returned, we will require and updated and accurate address from to to re-ship the product. Prior to shipment we will also request and additional $10 shipping fee.

You can pay securely with a debit card, credit card or Paypal. 

Are my payments secure?

Yes.  We use the trusted Stripe payment platform to process card payments. They handle online transactions for 100,000+ businesses in 100+ countries across nearly every industry. Large brands and companies such as Adidas, Under Armour and Target use Stripe as well.

Is there a warranty for my ThermoThink seat?

How Can I Return a Product?

We would hate to see any products not work but is for some reason you experience an issue, please contact us at ThermoThink.sales@gmail.com and we will reply quickly.

Once orders are submitted they cannot be changed. Product returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt and you will be responsible for delivery of the undamaged product and packaging, insurance and shipping fees.  See the Warranty and Returns section for more information.  Warranty and Returns

Do I need an account to place an order?

No. Creating an account is not required to place an order.

Common Issues

Firmware Update Fails 

If you have not used your ThermoThink app and device for an extended period the app may require a firmware update. Certain battery types (including the Emigvela) go into sleep mode and prevent the update. To fix this you can try to options. One is to delete the app and re-install it. Another option is to tap the battery button preventing it from going into sleep mode allowing the firmware update to complete.

My Seat Connector is Stuck

The 5-pin connector from the seat to the BlueTooth device is very secure and may be difficult to disconnect. Make sure to press hard on the connector clip to release the connection. Pulling out the connector without pressing on the release will damage your device. 

Blue Light Stops Flashing and No App Connect Button

Certain batteries (including the Emigvela) go into sleep mode if the app is not connected and the heat dial is not increased above 5% within 10 seconds. To fix this unplug the USBC cable (oval shape) and plug it back in. You will then see the Connect button again. Then, make sure to click the Connect button and increase the temp dial >5% within 10 seconds.
